Job Title: Graduate PR Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate PR Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Graduate PR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the Communications and PR industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting client accounts across various sectors and industries
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of client campaigns and programmes
  • Attending client meetings and working with account management teams to create effective PR strategies
  • Coordinating and managing PR photography and media events
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, journalists, and media outlets
  • Monitoring media sources for opportunities and insights for clients and competitors
  • Analysing media coverage and preparing client reports and feedback
  • Researching, writing, and executing engaging press releases to relevant media
  • Identifying and capitalising on media and influencer opportunities
  • Creating regular status reports and updates
Requirements:
  • Outstanding writing abilities
  • Creativity and imagination
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Capability to forge and maintain relationships internally and externally
  • Confidence, proactivity, and excellent organisational skills
