**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Advisory Lead to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with clients across various sectors while driving the growth of our GRC division. You will be part of a talented team, responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and delivering top-notch consultancy services.

Your key responsibilities will involve leveraging existing client relationships while identifying new engagement opportunities within the industry. You will play a pivotal role in our mission to establish a stronger GRC presence both in the UK and internationally, ensuring we provide best-in-class advisory services.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a 360-degree recruitment role, ideally within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance sector.
  • Demonstrated success in client management and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and nurturing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the GRC landscape and associated regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other platforms to headhunt senior candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
