About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Street Works Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of our software and the requirements of the industry at large. You will advise us of future changes that may impact on the software or services we provide.

The role involves delivering consultancy services to customers, which may be delivered from our offices but will frequently be carried out on-site at customer offices. There is a regular need for travel, which will sometimes include overnight stays and/or travel in the evenings. A driving licence is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Street Works Product Consultancy - Focus on identifying and delivering high-quality services to customers.
  • Pre-sales and identifying opportunities - Identify potential opportunities and work closely with the sales team to ensure they are capitalised.
  • Business Analysis - Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Job Scheduling and Task Management - Manage your own time and prioritise tasks to meet the needs of the business.
  • Solution development - Assist in the development of new solutions and services, shaping the future direction of the business.
  • Training and associated materials - Develop and deliver training materials and conduct key user training to customers.
  • Customer Support - Provide third-line functional support on escalations.
