Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our client's supply chain team in the UK.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing procurement processes, ensuring inventory stock is maintained at optimal levels, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Procurement Inbox to receive Order Confirmations from suppliers and enter them into QAD
- Coordinating supply chain activities, including commodity code checks, and shipment details entry onto Portal
- Collaborating with the senior planner to address supply chain issues and ensure continuity
- Managing call off systems to ensure timely availability of stock for production
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
Our client offers a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with experience in planning systems, ERP, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preference will be given to candidates with the right to live and work in the UK on a permanent basis without sponsorship requirements.
