Multiskilled Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Technologist to join our team at Questech Recruitment Ltd. This is a permanent night shift position, working Monday to Friday from 22:00pm to 06:00am.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 training and be responsible for a range of tasks, including reactive maintenance, machine maintenance, PLC fault finding, project work, and planned preventative maintenance. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues and provide excellent problem-solving skills.

The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Reactive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
- Machine maintenance and repair
- PLC fault finding and troubleshooting
- Project work and planned preventative maintenance
- Effective communication with colleagues and management

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 training in electrical engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication and computer skills
