We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service standards, delivering key performance indicators, and increasing customer levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of your department to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved.
- Effectively plan and execute the business strategy to drive growth and revenue.
- Be a role model for the centre's team and create a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike.
- Motivate and inspire others to 'raise the bar' and achieve exceptional results.
- Be results-driven with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets and growing the company's customer base.

Salary: £26-28k basic, plus OTE - up to £12k (commission based)
