Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Solutions Architect to join our Complex Delivery team at Barclays Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in the technical delivery of transformational programs and networks led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use.
  • Monitor and manage IT infrastructure and system performance to identify, address, and resolve potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages.
  • Develop and implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Implement secure configurations and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IT infrastructure requirements, devise solutions, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in Cisco Routing and Switching, F5 Load Balancers, Fortinet FortiGate, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing secure infrastructure solutions, including network security, access control, and threat management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry technology trends and innovations, and contribute to the organization's technology communities.
