An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Stroke Specific Early Supported Discharge Team in the East BCUHB area.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting assessments to gather baseline information and inform therapy plans.
- Delivering therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs and activities of daily living, under the guidance of qualified therapists.
- Working independently to promote wellbeing, safety, and independence in essential activities of daily living.
This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and multidisciplinary team environment.
You will have the chance to work with patients who have recently suffered a stroke, providing tailored rehabilitation to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applications from Welsh and/or English speakers.
