About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at M&Y Maintenance and Construction, part of The Regenda Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out repair and improvement work safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repair and improvement work to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers, and customers.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Ensure full awareness of relevant H&S requirements and considerations.
  • Experience of working with Housing Associations and managing repairs is desirable.
