Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support the development of our students in a dynamic primary school in Hillingdon. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in leading lessons across the curriculum and providing tailored support to students in small groups and 1:1 sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead lessons across the curriculum as an HLTA under the guidance of the class teacher.
Provide tailored support to students in small groups and 1:1 sessions, ensuring all children reach their potential.
Collaborate with teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning activities, helping to shape the academic journey of our pupils.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment within our school community.
Requirements:
An enthusiastic and adaptable HLTA with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in supporting both the academic and emotional development of primary-aged children. A passion for education and commitment to making a difference in the lives of children.
