Swim Instructor

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at our Portsmouth FWC location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individual needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote our facilities to members.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve lesson performance.
Requirements:
- Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
