We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of mental health and neurological services. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality psychological interventions to our service users, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake high-quality specialist psychological interventions, including cognitive behavioural therapy and psychometric assessments.
- Supervise and support the professional development of Assistant Psychologists.
- Work therapeutically with service users with complex presentations, using a range of structured and semi-structured clinical methods.
- Formulate and implement plans of specialist psychological interventions, ensuring effective care and support for our service users.
- Maintain high standards of care, adhering to the HCPC Code of Conduct and Company Policies and Procedures.
- BPS recognised psychology degrees and Chartered Psychologist status.
- Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Approved supervisor status within the guidelines of the BPS.
- Understanding of evidence-based psychological practice and experience of applying psychological knowledge to neurological services.
- Experience working with clients with neurocognitive deficits and previous experience of conducting research and project work.
- Annual salary of £75,000 pro rata.
