Job Title: Service Controller

Market 36 Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Controller to join our client's team in Farham. As a Service Controller, you will play a crucial role in coordinating service engineers from the allocated depot, ensuring minimal downtime for customers' machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate breakdowns and services for your depot by allocating tasks to engineers and liaising with customers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Input timesheets on a daily basis and chase customers for order numbers on all work not covered by warranty.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on live breakdowns and arrange warranty cross-hire machines when necessary.
  • Create estimates for additional work and send to customers within 24 hours.
  • Send final costings for all retail work and invoice completed work.
  • Resolve customer invoice queries and answer incoming calls into the office.
Requirements:
  • Effective team player with strong communication skills.
  • Awareness of team workloads and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of customer service procedures and policies.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to try new ideas.
Working Hours and Benefits:

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours weekly. Our client offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
