We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join our team at a luxury 5-star hotel in Ascot. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flair for detail.

The Place

Our hotel is set on 240 acres and is part of a prestigious hotel collection. On site, we have a luxurious Spa, Michelin Star Restaurant, and Lounge Bar.

The Person
  • Previous pastry experience in a 4 or 5-star environment
  • High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
  • Thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
  • Passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
  • Driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
  • Confidence to create and be innovative
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
