Clinical Supervisor

We are excited to offer a new opportunity for an experienced RSCN to join our team as a Paediatric Nurse Manager in the North East London / Essex area. This role offers a chance to work with a progressive provider of complex care packages and contribute to the growth and development of our community services.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated relationships with clients' families, working closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care.
• This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators.

• RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
• Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
• Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
• Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT

• A competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum DOE
• 2 days working from home per week/3 days in the community
