We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant. This role is instrumental in supporting our pharmacy operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a vital member of our team, you will assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. You will also offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the dispensing of medications
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient workflow
  • Managing inventory and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals
  • Utilising computer systems for processing prescriptions and managing stock levels
  • Maintaining a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment

The ideal candidate will possess a foundation of pharmacy knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong teamwork capabilities. If you are passionate about healthcare and eager to start your career in pharmacy or looking for a new challenge, we offer comprehensive training and support to empower you in this role.

This role offers a schedule designed to promote work-life balance, with hours of Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm.
