Job Description

Gray Healthcare Ltd is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2:1 support to an individual with autism and learning disabilities living independently in their own home.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain a supportive relationship with the individual, promoting their independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
