SAP VIM Implementation Specialist

Overview:

Zensar Technologies is seeking a highly skilled SAP VIM consultant to join our team. As an experienced Chartered Accountant, you will leverage your expertise in SAP implementation and support projects to deliver top-notch results.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP VIM projects with 5-10 years of experience, including 4+ years in Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Business Process Knowledge (Accounts Payable) and create detailed functional tests and test cases.
  • Configure Archive Link, VIM Document types, enhance indexing screen, approval class, chart of authority, process types, and process options.
  • Experience with custom development/extensions in VIM, ICC/BCC, Open Text Archive Server, and Enterprise scan tool.
  • Gather requirements, create blueprints, configure systems, test, train, and support project go-live.
  • Work independently, plan tasks, and articulate work plans into definable tasks.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of SAP experience in implementation/support/rollout projects with Chartered Accountant experience.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementation, testing, and troubleshooting/support.
  • Good understanding of Business Process Knowledge (Accounts Payable).
  • Ability to create detailed Functional Tests and test cases.
  • Strong expertise in VIM & ICC functionalities.
