We Are Adam is a dynamic organization with multiple locations across the North West, committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Our HR team is evolving, and we're seeking a skilled Business Partner to support corporate functions and collaborate with senior leaders.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a Business Partner service, driving the transformation of our HR function as the company grows. You'll be part of a hybrid team, working approximately 2 days a week in the office, and will focus on key areas such as performance review processes, salary reviews, and organizational development programs.
As a Business Partner, you'll take a coaching approach to your relationships with leaders, providing guidance and support to enhance the service our client group receives. You'll also have the opportunity to work on various projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing performance review processes
- Supporting salary reviews and organizational development programs
- Providing coaching and guidance to senior leaders
