About the Role:

The Service Delivery Manager plays a crucial position in ensuring the seamless operation of our business. Reporting to the General Manager and providing support to the Select management team, this role requires exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and a strong understanding of Health and Safety Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and set up services
  • Manage service delivery and quality
  • Conduct site surveys prior to sale and reconfigurations
  • Organize site packs and set up cleaning and security labor deployments
  • Arrange 1st day and 7th day with Area Support Manager
  • Manage and action guard reporting from Monitoring Station, including check call issues, book on/off issues, and C&W issues
  • Manage and action CCTV reporting from Monitoring Station, including isolations, housekeeping, and faults
  • Conduct quarterly service visits across CCTV guarding and cleaning, gather feedback, and resolve issues
  • Manage and react to shift blowout
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure Key Terms are upheld
  • Process billing, reconcile damage, and client-led issues
  • Onboard new suppliers and host performance meetings as required
  • Work to KPIs as set out
  • Incident resolution visits as required
  • New business as required: visit new site opportunities, upsell in current sites
  • Post-installations as required
  • C&W checks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Able to drive a manual vehicle
  • Hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence
  • Be organized, flexible, and reliable
