Home Care Management Assistant

About the Job:
TRCGroup is a leading provider of care services, and we are seeking an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting in managing operations within our care home, ensuring that we reach or exceed our goals while maintaining the highest standards of care.
As a Deputy Manager, you will oversee the care staff and assume full management responsibilities in the absence of the Home Manager. You will work closely with the Home Manager to provide pre-admission assessments of residents, maintain up-to-date care plans and daily records, and foster effective communication with residents' families and other organisations.
This role requires a skilled and experienced nurse who can engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care services. You will also have a good working knowledge of CQC standards and the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing operations within the care home
- Oversee care staff and assume full management responsibilities in the absence of the Home Manager
- Provide pre-admission assessments of residents and maintain up-to-date care plans and daily records
- Foster effective communication with residents' families and other organisations
Requirements:
- NMC registered nurse with relevant experience - Essential
