Job Title: Transaction Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of excellent customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to sales executives to achieve sales performance targets.
- Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtain valuations for part exchanges.
- Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Upskill the sales executive team through training in finance and insurance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or in a sales executive or sales controller role.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional approach with the ability to mentor others.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance.
- Excellent customer management skills.
