Salary and Benefits

£53,360 per annum, including shift allowance.

Our competitive salary package includes a 6% matched pension scheme, annual bonus scheme, and Christmas shutdown period without holding back holidays.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a multiskilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join our team in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer and a strong electrical bias.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple food production lines
  • Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth production operations
