Customer Service Specialist / Administrator

The Customer Service Specialist / Administrator is a vital role within OKB KONE plc, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to salespersons and supervisors, enabling them to focus on customer-facing activities.
  • Manage customer queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support maintenance operations, including scheduling, reporting, and data management.
  • Assist with specialized administration tasks, such as 3rd party inspection and customer reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative skills, preferably in a construction or service industry environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or SFDC is desirable.
