The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal/Litigation Executive to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our litigation team, you will play a vital role in assisting our lawyers and Partners with the day-to-day management of claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with liability enquiries, obtaining and reviewing medical records and reports
  • Draft witness statements, prepare instructions to Experts and Counsel, and prepare Counsel/Court bundles
  • Provide general administrative support to the litigation team

Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines. Previous experience in a similar legal setting is required, although knowledge of the litigation process is not essential.
