Service Controller

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Controller to join our dynamic team. As a Service Controller, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and engineers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage service orders and schedules
  • Update and maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate customer information
  • Monitor and communicate with customers to ensure timely service delivery
  • Collaborate closely with our engineers to ensure effective service delivery
  • Manage engineer diaries and schedules to optimize service delivery
  • Handle warranty claims and resolve customer issues
  • Raise quotes and repair orders for products
  • Book and schedule service and maintenance jobs

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative, planning, or service experience
  • Experience scheduling engineer diaries and managing service schedules
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
