Bench Hand Joiner

Job Role: We are seeking a skilled Bench Hand Joiner to join our team at Optima UK Inc Ltd in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work on high-end commercial bespoke joinery projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with MDF & Laminates, reading technical drawings, and assembling furniture using hand and power tools. They will also be expected to fill, sand, and finish wooden products, while maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to company procedures.

A strong understanding of cutting lists and ability to read and interpret them is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be a team player, and possess a strong work ethic.

This manufacturing business has a fantastic reputation in Leicestershire, creating bespoke furniture for big brand names and high-spec commercial premises across the UK. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £16.00 - £18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
