Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Andrecruit Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that health and safety practices meet legislative requirements and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct risk assessments and manual handling assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Advise on specialist areas such as fire regulations, noise regulations, hazardous substances, and safeguard machinery.
Collaborate with leaders to identify HSE priorities and develop programs to address them.
Provide training on mental health, general safety, and first aid.
Stay up-to-date with changes in occupational health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

Formal internal auditor training to ISO14001/ISO45001.
NEBOSH/IOSH qualification desirable.
