Business Development Mortgage Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to work with a directly authorised firm in Stourbridge, providing mortgage and protection advice to clients.

To strengthen relationships with the local Accountancy firm, you will have access to quality leads and space to work from their office. Half of your working week should be spent at the office, while the other half is available for remote work.

Excellent communication and advisory skills are required to provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice to the Accountancy's clients. In addition to these referrals, you should be proactive in generating new business opportunities through networking, marketing activities, and referrals to boost performance and earnings.

You will receive tiered commission splits on self-generated business, as well as full access to the sourcing software and in-house CRM system. This also includes access to mortgage clubs and the ability to offer commercial and bridging finance, along with insurance advice without loaded premiums.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements:

  • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
  • Experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • A business plan and/or network of connections to generate business from
  • The company is open to considering Mortgage Advisors who have struggled to get authorised by other networks

About the Company:

Premier Jobs UK Limited has partnered with this directly authorised mortgage brokerage seeking to grow their business. The team consists of 15+ Mortgage Advisors based across the UK.

Mortgage Advisor Benefits:

  • Sell yourself as an independent professional with an OTE of £50,000+ (uncapped)
  • Access to company-provided leads at 50% commission
  • Tiered commission splits starting at 50% commission on gaining CAS, rising up to 80% for self-generated business
  • A monthly fee of £25 for their CRM
  • Regular commission payments made on a monthly basis
  • In-house compliance support
