We are the largest rock school in the world, dedicated to empowering children through inclusive music education. Our mission is to improve the wellbeing, confidence, and life skills of our students. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering music lessons in a rock and pop band setting, working with up to 10 primary schools per week. You will empower students to develop their musical skills, build confidence, and perform live. We require a skilled musician with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Deliver fun and engaging music lessons in a rock and pop band setting.
• Support students to develop their musical skills and build confidence through live performances.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A driving license and own transport.
• Multi-instrumentalist skills, competent on at least two instruments.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to supporting students' development.
• Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

• £26,000 per annum (with potential to progress to £31,000)
• Company bonus scheme (£5,000 per annum)
