About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Use your product knowledge to identify and meet customers' needs, providing personalized travel solutions.
  • Utilize social media to promote offers, generate customer engagement, and drive sales leads.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of the branch.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch, including administrative duties and following processes accurately.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant.
  • A proven sales record and excellent communication skills.
  • Good accuracy and numerical skills, as well as enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Competent IT skills and a recognized travel qualification (desirable).
