Functional Area: Operations & Maintenance
Remuneration: Performance-related contract

Grimsby Hub is an innovative project that involves the development of the Triton operational base to deliver sustainable SOV operations for the Sofia windfarm and future developments in the North Sea.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in managing commercial, technical, and operational topics
  • Prepare and hand over commercial operations from the construction team
  • Analyse windfarm performance and communicate priorities and decisions
  • Prepare monthly reports on technical, safety, O&M metrics, risk, and opportunities
  • Ensure windfarm compliance and control
  • Promote innovation at Grimsby Hub and windfarm level
  • Prepare decision papers for investment and engage with technical working groups
  • Report on interactions with local communities and external stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential investors

Key Skills:

  • Masters or relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
  • Project management knowledge or qualification
  • Experience in the energy industry, particularly in wind energy
  • Proven background in asset operations within a utility company
  • Strong understanding of technical, HSE, commercial, and legal topics in windfarm operations
  • Experience in project, supplier, and contract management
  • Good communication and analytical skills
