The ideal candidate will possess significant post-qualification experience in a mental health setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and improving outcomes for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The salary range for this position is £40,614 - £51,903 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise required.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Enfield, London, offering 37.5 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes delivery excellence and continuous professional development.

As a qualified AMHP with extensive knowledge of mental health legislation and policies, the appointee will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and developing strategies for optimal resource management and performance targets.
