The role of Nursery Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-established nursery with an excellent reputation. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the nursery's continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a safe and stimulating environment for children, in line with EYFS guidelines
- Develop and implement effective partnerships with parents and carers
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including staff training and development, children's progress, and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
