About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Sales Assistant to join our team at Selco Builders Warehouse. As a Trade Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our trade branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to trade customers, responding to their needs and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer communication, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive.
  • Maintain a working and effective quote bank, ensuring that all sales opportunities are explored and maximized.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue large-scale projects, driving sales growth and margin.
  • Ensure that all sales activities are aligned with company objectives and targets.
