Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Management Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Product and Commercial Manager in developing the team and maintaining operational standards. This will involve generating outstanding sales, KPIs, and high-performing teams.

You will also support the Commercial/ Product Manager in empowering the team within the store to deliver for the customer by always putting customer experience at the centre of decision-making.

Additionally, you will take accountability for driving store KPIs, including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer, and RFID.

You will also support the management of store operations, including compliance with health and safety standards.
