As a Destination Specialist at Hays Travel Ltd, you will create and sell incredible holidays around the globe, taking full ownership of your customers' journeys from initial enquiry to warm welcome back. You will use your vibrant personality, outstanding customer service skills, and extensive destination knowledge to keep our customers returning.

A Competitive Package

Your Role

You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for forging long-lasting relationships with our customers, partners, and suppliers. You will also use your expertise to create and sell incredible holidays, handling customer enquiries, and booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1 year's experience as a Travel Consultant with exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will also need to be a driven team player who wants to achieve their own targets as well as contribute to the growth of the business.
