About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance and service of machinery, troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise, and offering technical support and guidance to customers.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience). You will also receive a range of benefits, including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and service of machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise, providing timely and efficient solutions
  • Offer technical support and guidance to customers, enhancing their user experience
  • Participate in the installation of new machinery at customer sites, ensuring a smooth integration process
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new strategies for maintenance and service

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in a similar Service Engineer role within the machinery or automation industry
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing solutions
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of automated machinery
