Facilities Operations Manager

About the Role
ARCA Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee site operations at two advanced sites. This role requires strong quality focus, with excellent H&S practices, leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular H&S assessments, fire safety checks, and audits to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage security protocols, building access, and coordinate with contractors to maintain site efficiency.
- Handle inventory, office supplies, and prepare for client visits to provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee maintenance projects, schedule repairs as needed, and ensure a top-tier working environment.
- Provide administrative support for facilities and office needs, including general office duties.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong knowledge of H&S practices, certification (NEBOSH or IOSH) preferred. You must be detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills, proficient in MS Office, and an effective communicator able to work with various teams and contractors.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
