Job Summary:

We are recruiting a skilled Financial Data Manager to oversee the entire payroll process from start to finish. This role offers a unique blend of financial management and administrative duties, providing an exciting opportunity for growth and development within our organization.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of managing complex payroll systems and processes. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, such as HMRC requirements, while maintaining accurate records and producing timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll cycle, including processing monthly payrolls and generating payslips.
  • Handle HMRC notifications and manual calculations with precision and accuracy.
  • Liaise with employees and management teams to resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage the pension process, including changes to contributions, and oversee expenses, both UK and overseas.
  • Monitor and control credit card usage, reviewing employee responsibilities accordingly.

Benefits:
