MBDA UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Sales Campaign Director to lead our sales campaigns team in Bristol. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical sales strategies for both UK and Export markets.

This role requires a deep understanding of technical concepts and customer engagement. You will work closely with Customer Sales, Commercial and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and actioned.

To be successful, you will need a degree-qualified background in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience, along with strong technical leadership and facilitation skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as company bonus, pension, overtime, flexi leave, flexible working and enhanced parental leave.
