Renewable Energy Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Operations Lead to manage our solar operations across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in leading projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to address hazards and resolve audit issues.
- Manage a portfolio of solar projects, ensuring compliance with O&M and EPC contracts.
- Resolve failures/downtimes with subcontractors to meet project KPIs.
- Provide regular updates and handle client issues.
- Assist in creating monthly/yearly O&M reports.
- Coordinate with regional teams on invoices and contracts.
- Liaise with grid operators on outages and manage FAC punch lists and certifications.
- Obtain subcontractor quotes and expand the contractor database.
- Ensure compliance with Planning Permissions and BMP guidelines.
- Oversee Spare Parts Management and maintain up-to-date project records.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the Solar or BESS industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven leadership and client-facing experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
