Experienced Echo Cardiologist

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Echocardiographer to join our team in Taunton, Somerset. This is a Band 7 post, and the successful candidate will be expected to supervise, manage, and support junior team members.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills and knowledge in Echocardiogram performance, interpretation, and reporting, as well as competence in Pacing follow-up and cathlab work.

This locum position requires at least two years of experience as a physiologist. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret Echocardiograms independently
• Lead and motivate a team of junior Echocardiographers
• Develop and implement effective procedures for Echocardiogram performance and interpretation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Two years of experience as a physiologist
• Demonstrable expertise in Echocardiogram performance, interpretation, and reporting
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
