About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our Pizza Hut Delivery team as a Delivery Rider. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering hot and fresh pizzas to our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver pizzas to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that orders are accurate and meet our high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with our latest products and services.

Requirements

  • You must hold a valid driving license and have a reliable vehicle.
  • You must have a valid CLC check and CBT training if you are a learner rider.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
