Hospitality Team Member Required

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a part-time bar staff member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our vibrant establishment. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Ensure the bar area is clean and well-organised.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and drink measurements.
- A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment.
- Bartending skills or a willingness to learn bartending techniques is desirable.
Working Conditions
As a part-time bar staff member, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £7.71-£11.97 per hour, with additional pay for tips. You will also enjoy free parking as part of your benefits package. We offer a range of shifts, including 10 hour, 12 hour, and 8 hour shifts, every weekend and Monday to Friday.
