About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Coordinator to join our team at MTrec Ltd Technical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of all external certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D & GMP.

You will have the ability to host and support 2nd and 3rd party audits/inspections over all management systems, as well as supporting departmental managers in the creation and maintenance of process definitions and work instructions.

Key responsibilities include completing internal audits for the management system, ensuring the completion and closure of non-conformities, and participating in meetings related to the management systems and site activities.

You will also be responsible for completing KPI trend analysis, investigating customer complaints, and collecting site data and analysis of this data including internal reporting.

As a strong communicator with internal or lead auditor training, you will be able to co-ordinate internal investigation and lead collaboration for problem solving, actively supporting departmental managers to ensure customer expectations and regulatory compliance.

Continuous improvement projects to achieve management system strategic goals will also be a key part of your role, as well as maintaining housekeeping standards.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills, particularly using Word, Excel and PowerPoint, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise workload and attention to detail.

Previous experience within the manufacturing industry and management systems is essential, as is internal or lead auditor training.

As a strong communicator, you will be able to work effectively with departmental managers to ensure customer expectations and regulatory compliance.
