Job Title: CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at CNC Precision. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CNC programs for our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in CNC programming and machine tool operation will be essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement CNC programs for new and existing parts
  2. Collaborate with engineers and production staff to ensure program integrity and quality
  3. Conduct program simulations and testing to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  4. Work with inspectors to ensure drawings tolerances are met
  5. Self-manage workload to work efficiently

Requirements:
  1. 5 years' experience in CNC programming and machine tool operation
  2. Experience with Heidenhain controls and DMG machines
  3. Background in producing CNC machined components for aerospace and motorsport
  4. Skilled in HyperCAD and Hypermill software
