Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our Genre Marketing team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing marketing support to our Marketing Managers, assisting with announcements, onsales, and day-to-day marketing tasks.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work on some of the biggest UK tours, events, and productions across the live entertainment industry. You will be working closely with the Marketing Managers to implement marketing campaigns for all events, manage and deliver content for emails, build audiences for email marketing campaigns, and maintain and update Ticketmaster's marketing activity database.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Marketing Managers to plan and execute marketing campaigns for all events.
  • Manage and deliver content for emails, including creating engaging subject lines and compelling email copy.
  • Build and grow audiences for email marketing campaigns by segmenting and targeting specific groups.
  • Maintain and update Ticketmaster's marketing activity database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with the maintenance of other Ticketmaster sites (Universe, Ticketweb) to ensure consistency and alignment with company branding.
  • Undertake any other relevant duties that fall under the general scope of the marketing role.
  • Assist with compiling insights and pulling reports from Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage customer and client data requests to ensure timely and accurate responses.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate calibre, ideally with a professional marketing qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within live entertainment or the wider media industry.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software packages to a competent standard.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of consumer analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
  • CRM and knowledge of Salesforce would be preferential.
