Residential Youth Services Team Lead

Polaris Community seeks a highly skilled and compassionate individual for the role of Residential Youth Services Team Lead. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage and supervise a team of residential support workers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working directly with young people, preferably in a care home or similar setting. A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent is also required. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, as well as promoting positive outcomes through effective multi-agency working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising a team of residential support workers
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the care home
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote best practice
The estimated salary for this position is £35,213.36 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include on-call payments, an Ofsted bonus, increased overtime rates, holiday allowance, pension scheme, and work phone.
