Location: Covering multiple sites across the Bodmin area.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £38,000 - £40,500 per annum

About the Company:

We are working with a leading facilities maintenance company that operates in the Building Services Industry. Our client has a strong reputation for offering great careers for progression and values loyal candidates.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strong engineer to cover multiple sites in Bodmin, Truro, Okehampton, and Saltash. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a flagship retail contract and be able to perform a range of tasks including PPMs and reactive maintenance, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and working on AHUs and FCUs.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Test and maintain emergency lighting systems
  • Conduct fire alarm testing and maintenance
  • Work on air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs)
  • Perform plant room checks and maintenance
  • Work on building management systems (BMS)
  • Perform general building services tasks
